What Drivers Say

4.8 / 5
Quiet in under five minutes.
I can't believe I waited so long. The clank from my hitch was driving me nuts every time I hit a bump or turned. My passenger noticed it right away. I installed the VAULTIQ HitchFlex Pro in my driveway and took it on a long trip that weekend. It stayed quiet the whole way. My wife asked what changed on the truck. I told her it was a simple upgrade.
Tom K.
I ordered more before I finished the first install.
The steel feels solid the moment you hold it. Not flimsy, not hollow. I put it on my truck in about four minutes, backed out of the driveway, and took it over the speed bump at the end of the street. Complete silence. I went right back inside and ordered two more — one for my cargo carrier and one for my son's SUV.
Rick B.
Now the whole crew wants one.
I run a landscaping crew with six trucks, and we all deal with the same hitch issues on different rigs. I put the HitchFlex Pro on my personal truck first, and the guys noticed immediately because the back end stayed quiet. A couple of them ordered theirs the same week. It has held up great in Florida heat and humidity too.
Carlos M.
A tough winter didn't faze it.
Salt, slush, ice, and freeze-thaw cycles can be brutal on metal parts. I've had hitch gear corrode way too fast before. The HitchFlex Pro held up through storage prep, spring use, summer trips, and back into fall with no rust showing. The fit stayed tight and smooth the whole time.

Need More Details?

2" fits most trucks and SUVs — Class III/IV. 2.5" fits heavy duty Class V vehicles only. Check inside your receiver — the size is stamped there. When in doubt, choose 2".

If your drop difference is between 1" and 8" — yes. This covers the vast majority of truck-to-trailer height combinations. The included setup PDF walks you through measuring

2" version: 1-7/8" + 2" dual ball. 2.5" version: 2" + 2-5/16" dual ball. Both cover the two most common sizes for each receiver class.

Yes — 2 keyed locking pins included. One secures the hitch to your receiver. One locks the ball mount position. Same key for both.

No. Heavy powder-coat bonded to forged steel — not painted. Customers report zero corrosion after full seasons in coastal, winter, and desert environments.

90-Day Risk-Free Trial. Tow with it for 90 days. Not satisfied — full refund. No questions. No return shipping required.
